Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or seasoning of your choice
Instructions
- Preparation: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture. Season the wings generously with salt and pepper, or your preferred seasoning.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (392°F) for about 5 minutes (or preheat to 390°F if using the imperial system).
- Air Frying: Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the wings in batches to ensure they cook evenly.
- Cooking: Cook the chicken wings in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. This will ensure that they cook evenly and develop a crispy exterior.
- Serving: Once the chicken wings are cooked to your desired level of crispiness and have reached an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F), remove them from the air fryer. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them as they are.
Optional (For using grilled):
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the chicken wings with olive oil.
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill the chicken wings for 10-12 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
