  • Carnivore-approved spices e.g., salt, black pepper, garlic powder
  • 8 slices of ham choose a ham variety with minimal additives and sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season Pork: In a bowl, season the ground pork with your choice of carnivore-approved spices. Common choices include salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences.
  • Shape Pork Mixture: Divide the seasoned ground pork into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a cylindrical shape or log.
  • Wrap with Ham: Take a slice of ham and place one of the pork portions at the end of the ham slice. Roll the ham around the pork, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped.
  • Secure Rolls: If needed, you can use toothpicks to secure the ham-wrapped pork rolls to prevent them from unravelling during baking.
  • Bake: Place the ham-wrapped pork rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased oven-safe dish. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked and the ham has crisped up.
  • Check Doneness: To ensure the pork is cooked thoroughly, you can use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of the pork should reach 160°F (71°C).
