Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz cauliflower florets
  • 5 oz broccoli florets
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • ½ t sea salt
  • ½ t black pepper
  • 2 T grass-fed butter
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, place the cauliflower and broccoli florets. Pour the heavy cream over the vegetables. Add the garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper and stir well. Add the butter on top of the vegetable mixture.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Serve with the Parmesan cheese.
