Ingredients
  

  • 12 large slices of ham preferably thin slices for easy rolling
  • 1 lb 450g ground beef or any mixture of ground meats (such as pork, lamb, or chicken)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional, for those who include spices in their diet
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder optional, for those who include spices in their diet
  • Beef tallow or other animal fat for greasing the baking sheet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with a little beef tallow to prevent the rolls from sticking.
  • Season the Ground Meat: In a bowl, combine the ground meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  • Prepare the Ham Wraps: Lay out the ham slices on a clean work surface. Place a small amount of the seasoned ground meat on one end of each ham slice.
  • Roll the Spring Rolls: Carefully roll the ham slices to enclose the meat filling, tucking in the sides as you roll to keep the meat contained. Place each roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meat filling is cooked through and the ham is crispy on the outside.
  • Serve: Let the carnivore spring rolls cool for a few minutes before serving. They can be enjoyed as is, offering a crispy, meaty snack that’s packed with flavor.
