Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 100g finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup 100g finely shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Parmesan and cheddar cheeses.

Form the Crisps:

  • Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Gently flatten each mound with the back of the spoon to form thin circles.

Bake:

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges of the crisps are golden brown and the centers are bubbly.

Cool and Serve:

  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the crisps to cool on the sheet for a few minutes.
  • Transfer the cooled crisps to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve as a snack on their own or as a crunchy accompaniment.
