Cheese Crisps
Ingredients
- 1 cup 100g finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup 100g finely shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine Ingredients:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Parmesan and cheddar cheeses.
Form the Crisps:
- Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Gently flatten each mound with the back of the spoon to form thin circles.
Bake:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges of the crisps are golden brown and the centers are bubbly.
Cool and Serve:
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the crisps to cool on the sheet for a few minutes.
- Transfer the cooled crisps to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve as a snack on their own or as a crunchy accompaniment.
