Smoked Salmon and Fried Egg with Ghee
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 50 g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and fry until the whites are fully set but the yolk is still runny.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs. Serve the fried egg with smoked salmon
