  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Salt and pepper

  • Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the egg into the pan and fry until the whites are fully set but the yolk is still runny.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs. Serve the fried egg with smoked salmon
