Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Eggs:

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt.

Create the Cheese Crust:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom of the skillet.
  • Allow the cheese to melt and cook until it becomes crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the Eggs:

  • Pour the beaten eggs over the crispy cheese layer.
  • Cook until the eggs are set, about 2-3 minutes.

Fold and Serve:

  • Carefully fold the omelet in half using a spatula.
  • Slide the omelet onto a plate.
  • Serve immediately
