- 1 tsp 5 ml salt, or to taste
- Optional: 8 bacon strips or 8 slices of prosciutto for wrapping
Instructions
- Season the beef tenderloin with salt to taste.
- Wrap the seasoned beef tenderloin with bacon strips or prosciutto slices, ensuring they are carnivore diet compliant.
- Place the wrapped beef tenderloin in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low heat for 5-6 hours, or until the beef is tender.
