Keto Oven-Baked Sea Bream with Zucchini
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Sea Bream fish
- Red Snapper or Sea Bass can be substituted for Sea Bream 2 tsp fresh marjoram finely chopped
- 1 tsp chervil chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper 3 medium zucchini sliced
- 2 spring onions cut into round slices
- 4 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 lemon juice + sliced lemon
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 380F/190C.
- Clean and wash the fish, season the salt, pepper, marjoram and Cher-vil (inside the belly toand place them in 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Combine all remaining ingredients (zucchini, onions, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oiin a bowl. Place the mixture over fish. Drizzle with some extra olive oil.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Serve hot with lemon juice and lemon slices.
