Keto Oven-Baked Sea Bream with Zucchini

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Sea Bream fish
  • Red Snapper or Sea Bass can be substituted for Sea Bream 2 tsp fresh marjoram finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chervil chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper 3 medium zucchini sliced
  • 2 spring onions cut into round slices
  • 4 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 lemon juice + sliced lemon
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 380F/190C.
  • Clean and wash the fish, season the salt, pepper, marjoram and Cher-vil (inside the belly toand place them in 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients (zucchini, onions, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oiin a bowl. Place the mixture over fish. Drizzle with some extra olive oil.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • Serve hot with lemon juice and lemon slices.
