Keto Lamb Chops with Dandelion Greens (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • 2 lbs dandelion greens
  • 3 lbs lamb chops grass-fed
  • Rosemary sprigs crushed
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon for serving

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the greens; soak briefly in cool water, drain, and spin off excess water.
  • Heat the oil in a frying skillet and sauté onion and dandelion greens with the salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to your Slow Cooker, and place the lamb meat.
  • Season salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary. Pour water and cover.
  • Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve hot with lemon juice.
