Keto Lamb Chops with Dandelion Greens (Crock Pot)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 2 lbs dandelion greens
- 3 lbs lamb chops grass-fed
- Rosemary sprigs crushed
- 1 cup water
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon for serving
Instructions
- Clean and wash the greens; soak briefly in cool water, drain, and spin off excess water.
- Heat the oil in a frying skillet and sauté onion and dandelion greens with the salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to your Slow Cooker, and place the lamb meat.
- Season salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary. Pour water and cover.
- Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot with lemon juice.
