Keto Lamb Chops with Dandelion Greens (Crock Pot)

- 1/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
- 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 2 lbs dandelion greens
- 3 lbs lamb chops grass-fed
- Rosemary sprigs crushed
- 1 cup water
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon for serving
Clean and wash the greens; soak briefly in cool water, drain, and spin off excess water.
Heat the oil in a frying skillet and sauté onion and dandelion greens with the salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to your Slow Cooker, and place the lamb meat.
Season salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary. Pour water and cover.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Serve hot with lemon juice.
