Bacon Cheeseburger
Ingredients
- 6 oz grass-fed ground beef
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/4 t sea salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 1-oz slices white cheddar cheese
- 2 Keto buns
- 2 1-oz slices nitrate-free bacon, cooked
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 Roma tomato sliced 1/2 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook them for 3 minutes on each side.
- Add the cheese slices on top and cover the pan. Cook for about 1 minute, until the cheese melts.
- Assemble the burgers: Place the burgers on the buns and top with the bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion. Top with the bun cap and serve.
