Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1-oz slices white cheddar cheese
  • 2 Keto buns
  • 2 1-oz slices nitrate-free bacon, cooked
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 Roma tomato sliced 1/2 red onion, sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the beef, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook them for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Add the cheese slices on top and cover the pan. Cook for about 1 minute, until the cheese melts.
  • Assemble the burgers: Place the burgers on the buns and top with the bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion. Top with the bun cap and serve.
