Instructions
In a bowl, combine the beef, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook them for 3 minutes on each side.
Add the cheese slices on top and cover the pan. Cook for about 1 minute, until the cheese melts.
Assemble the burgers: Place the burgers on the buns and top with the bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion. Top with the bun cap and serve.
