Ingredients
  

  • 16 large shrimp peeled and deveined, tails intact
  • 8 slices thin-cut bacon halved crosswise
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3 minutes.

Prepare the Shrimp:

  • In a bowl, combine lard, and salt.
  • Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.

Wrap the Shrimp:

  • Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

Air Fry:

  • Arrange the bacon-wrapped shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap
  • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.

Serve:

  • Transfer to a serving platter and serve
