Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
Ingredients
- 16 large shrimp peeled and deveined, tails intact
- 8 slices thin-cut bacon halved crosswise
- 1 tablespoon lard
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3 minutes.
Prepare the Shrimp:
- In a bowl, combine lard, and salt.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
Wrap the Shrimp:
- Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
Air Fry:
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
Serve:
- Transfer to a serving platter and serve
