Air Fryer Carnivore Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
 - 2 tablespoons Hollandaise sauce
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
 - Chopped crispy bacon bits for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
Cook the Eggs:
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (132°C).
 - Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 17 minutes.
 - Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to cool for about 5 minutes before peeling.
 
Prepare the Filling:
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
 - Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
 - Mash the yolks with Hollandaise sauce, and salt.
 
Fill the Egg Whites:
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
 
Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle with crispy bacon bits, if desired.
 - Serve chilled.
