Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon-Ghee Sauce
Ingredients
- 225 g 8 oz salmon fillet
- Lemon slices
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook salmon in ghee over medium heat, about 4-5 minutes per side or until done to your liking.
- To make the sauce, gently heat 1-2 tbsp of ghee in a small saucepan with a squeeze of lemon juice.
