Ingredients
- 3 large eggs 150g/5.3oz
- 50 g feta cheese about 1.8oz, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon butter 15ml/0.5fl oz
- Salt and pepper to taste optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, feta cheese, salt, and pepper (if using).
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are scrambled to your liking.
