- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Hollandaise sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped crispy bacon bits for garnish (optional)
Cook the Eggs:
Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (132°C).
Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 17 minutes.
Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to cool for about 5 minutes before peeling.
Prepare the Filling:
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Mash the yolks with Hollandaise sauce, and salt.
