Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Hollandaise sauce
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped crispy bacon bits for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Eggs:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (132°C).
  • Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 17 minutes.
  • Immediately transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to cool for about 5 minutes before peeling.

Prepare the Filling:

  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with Hollandaise sauce, and salt.

Fill the Egg Whites:

  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Sprinkle with crispy bacon bits, if desired.
  • Serve chilled.
