Ingredients:
For the crust:

- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup finely ground pork rinds (or ¼ cup almond flour for a keto option)

- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked sausage or ground beef
- ¼ cup pepperoni slices

- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the Cast Iron Skillet:
Place your cast iron skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it with beef tallow, butter, or ghee. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). - Make the Crust:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in the egg, ground pork rinds (or almond flour), and salt until a dough forms.
