Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 g 1.76 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the ghee.
  • Allow it to melt and coat the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until they begin to set.
