Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs with Ghee
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 50 g 1.76 oz smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the ghee.
- Allow it to melt and coat the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until they begin to set.
- Add the smoked salmon to the pan and continue to cook, stirring, until the eggs are fully scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon to a plate.
