Instructions
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the ghee.
Allow it to melt and coat the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook, stirring gently, until they begin to set.
Add the smoked salmon to the pan and continue to cook, stirring, until the eggs are fully scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency.
