Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup almond meal or flour
- 1 egg whisked
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 tablespoon garlic crushed
- 1 tablespoon parsley fresh or dried
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425˚Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except the egg, butter, parsley, and garlic. Stir until cheese is completely melted and all ingredients are well combined.
- Remove from heat, and slowly add the egg. Mix until completely incorporated, and a dough has formed.
- Place dough on a baking tray, and form into a garlic bread shape.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, and garlic. Brush over the top of the dough, and sprinkle with more cheese if desired.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
