Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup almond meal or flour
  • 1 egg whisked
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh or dried
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat oven to 425˚Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except the egg, butter, parsley, and garlic. Stir until cheese is completely melted and all ingredients are well combined.
  • Remove from heat, and slowly add the egg. Mix until completely incorporated, and a dough has formed.
  • Place dough on a baking tray, and form into a garlic bread shape.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, parsley, and garlic. Brush over the top of the dough, and sprinkle with more cheese if desired.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
