Keto Ranch Burger Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces ground beef
  • teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

To serve

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup red onions

Instructions

  • Shape the ground beef into 3, ¼-inch patties. Season them with salt, pepper and the Cajun seasoning.
  • Cook the patties in a pan on medium-high heat and 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until done.

Dressing

  • Whisk all the ingredients together. Add the almond milk slowly until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Serve the burger patties on a bed of lettuce with sliced onion, sliced tomatoes, cheese and salad dressing to taste.
