  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes for medium-rare or adjust cooking time to desired doneness.

Optional (Pan-roasted method):

  • Heat the animal fat in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Place the lamb chops in the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove the lamb chops from the frying pan and serve.
