Ingredients
- 3 lamb chops
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes for medium-rare or adjust cooking time to desired doneness.
Optional (Pan-roasted method):
- Heat the animal fat in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the lamb chops in the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the lamb chops from the frying pan and serve.
