Sausage and Scrambled Eggs cooked in Beef Tallow

- 1 beef sausage
- 1 tbsp beef tallow/Ghee
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pork sausage. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat beef tallow in a pan, then scramble the egg in the pan and serve with the cooked sausage
