Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic

Brussels have a bad rap, but if you try them roasted with balsamic, I think you will like them!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces fresh brussels sprouts
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Trim stems and half each brussels sprout.
  • Toss with olive oil and salt.
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and browned (about 30 minutes). Shake pan to brown all sides midway through baking.
  • Drizzle with balsamic before serving.
