  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F ). Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast for 25- 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • Serve the chicken with an optional side of duck fat, which can be melted over the chicken for added flavor and nutrients.
