Pork Rind
Ingredients
- 1 3.25-ounce bag of plain pork rinds
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Prepare the Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat.
Assemble the Nachos:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the pork rinds in a single layer.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the pork rinds.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add Toppings and Serve:
- Remove from the oven
- Serve immediately with sour cream
