Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.25-ounce bag of plain pork rinds
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ground Beef:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat.

Assemble the Nachos:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the pork rinds in a single layer.
  • Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the pork rinds.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake:

  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add Toppings and Serve:

  • Remove from the oven
  • Serve immediately with sour cream
