Ingredients
  

For The Soup:

  • 6 cups chicken bone broth
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 t grated ginger
  • 2 T lime juice

For The Toppings:

  • 4 cups zucchini noodles
  • cup green onion chopped
  • 2 baby bok choy halved lengthwise
  • cup radishes matchsticksliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs halved
  • 1 t black sesame seeds
  • cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Instructions
 

  • Combine the chicken bone broth, coconut aminos, ginger, and lime juice in a medium saucepan, and heat to a rolling boil, about 8 minutes.
  • Ladle the hot broth into 4 serving bowls, and equally divide the zucchini noodles, green onions, bok choy, and radishes into each bowl. Allow the vegetables to cook in the hot broth for 3 minutes.
  • Top each bowl with the soft-boiled egg halves, then garnish with sesame seeds, basil, and a squeeze of lime. Serve hot and enjoy!
