Ingredients
  

  • 4 T coconut oil
  • 1 lb oxtail pieces
  • 8 cups beef bone broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 T allspice
  • 1 T dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot. Add the oxtail pieces and broth and cook on a low simmer for about 45 minutes or until done.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic, allspice, and basil, and stir to combine.
  • Remove the oxtail pieces with tongs. Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy!
