Oxtail Soup
Ingredients
- 4 T coconut oil
- 1 lb oxtail pieces
- 8 cups beef bone broth
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 T allspice
- 1 T dried basil
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil in a large pot. Add the oxtail pieces and broth and cook on a low simmer for about 45 minutes or until done.
- Sprinkle in the garlic, allspice, and basil, and stir to combine.
- Remove the oxtail pieces with tongs. Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy!
