Ingredients
  

  • β…“ cup shredded coconut
  • 1ΒΌ cups full-fat coconut milk
  • ΒΌ cup coconut flour
  • ΒΌ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 T collagen protein powder
  • ΒΌ t monk fruit powder
  • Β½ t vanilla extract
  • Β½ t cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour the coconut milk into the bowl of a slow cooker.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, and whisk until completely combined.
  • Cook on LOW for 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
