Low-Carb "Oatmeal"
Ingredients
- β cup shredded coconut
- 1ΒΌ cups full-fat coconut milk
- ΒΌ cup coconut flour
- ΒΌ cup ground flax seed
- 1 T collagen protein powder
- ΒΌ t monk fruit powder
- Β½ t vanilla extract
- Β½ t cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Pour the coconut milk into the bowl of a slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and whisk until completely combined.
- Cook on LOW for 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
