Ingredients
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- 1¼ cups full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- 1 T collagen protein powder
- ¼ t monk fruit powder
- ½ t vanilla extract
- ½ t cinnamon optional
Instructions
- Pour the coconut milk into the bowl of a slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and whisk until completely combined.
- Cook on LOW for 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
