Ingredients

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 ½ oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice of Parma ham
- 1 slice of salami
- 2 canned artichokes hearts
- ½ cup of canned roasted red peppers
- ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
- 3 tbsp olives
- 1 tbsp of fresh basil
- ½ red chili pepper finely chopped
- ½ tsp of sea salt
Instructions
- Chop or tear the lettuce into smaller pieces Put on plates or on a large platter Add the parsley.
- Distribute the antipasto ingredients on top.
- Add basil, finely chopped chili and salt in a mortar or a small bowl Crush with a wooden spoon or use the mortar and pestle Sprinkle over salad and drizzle with olive oil.
