Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups beef bone broth
  • 2 T grass-fed butter
  • 3 T coconut oil
  • 1 t dried basil
  • 1 t allspice
  • 1 lb sirloin diced
  • 2 cups kale

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  • Heat the bone broth in a large pot, until it is simmering mildly. Add in the butter, coconut oil, basil, and allspice.
  • Cook the sirloin in the oven at 450°F until done (20-30 minutes).
  • Remove the sirloin and place into the large pot. Once fully cooked and mixed, add in the kale, and mix well.
  • Ladle out the soup, serve in bowls, and enjoy!
