Beef and Kale Soup
Ingredients
- 8 cups beef bone broth
- 2 T grass-fed butter
- 3 T coconut oil
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t allspice
- 1 lb sirloin diced
- 2 cups kale
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Heat the bone broth in a large pot, until it is simmering mildly. Add in the butter, coconut oil, basil, and allspice.
- Cook the sirloin in the oven at 450°F until done (20-30 minutes).
- Remove the sirloin and place into the large pot. Once fully cooked and mixed, add in the kale, and mix well.
- Ladle out the soup, serve in bowls, and enjoy!
