Ham Bone Broth
Ingredients
- 3 T coconut oil
- 1 lb ham diced
- 6 cups beef bone broth
- 5 T grass-fed butter
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t dried basil
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the coconut oil, and then add the ham. Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour in the bone broth. Stir in the butter, and sprinkle in the chili powder and basil. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve, and enjoy!
