Beef Broth with Cloves
Ingredients
- 5 T grass-fed butter
- 2 lb grass-fed beef
- 8 cups beef bone broth
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 T paprika
- 1 T allspice
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Mix in the grass-fed beef and cook until no longer pink.
- Once cooked, pour in the bone broth, and let simmer on low heat.
- After 5-10 minutes, sprinkle in the cloves, paprika, and allspice. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
- When ready to eat, ladle out the broth into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
