Coconut Ginger Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken bone broth
- 1 13.5-oz can coconut milk
- 2 T ginger
- 1 T allspice
- 4 stalks celery cut thinly
Instructions
- In a large pot over low heat, let the broth simmer.
- Slowly pour in the coconut milk. Then add the ginger, allspice, and celery. Stir until the mixture is consistent.
- After 10-20 minutes, remove from the heat, ladle into bowls and enjoy!
