Ingredients
- 3 large eggs 150g
- 100 g ground sausage 3.5oz
- 1 tablespoon olive oil 15ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the ground sausage to the frying pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan with the sausage.
- Cook the omelette for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
