Keto Zucchini Grits Pie
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of zucchini
- 5 eggs
- 1 pound of cheese
- 3 oz. of butter
- 3 oz. of grits
Instructions
- Wash zucchini. Dry and grate into thick pieces. Cover them with salt and let them release the water.
- In one bowl, whisk eggs. Add cheese and grits.
- Put butter in a casserole dish and let it melt at medium heat.
- Then, add zucchini and cover with cheese mixture.
- Bake 40 minutes and then enjoy!
