Instructions
Wash zucchini. Dry and grate into thick pieces. Cover them with salt and let them release the water.
In one bowl, whisk eggs. Add cheese and grits.
Put butter in a casserole dish and let it melt at medium heat.
Then, add zucchini and cover with cheese mixture.
Bake 40 minutes and then enjoy!
