- 8 lamb chops.
- 4 oz garlic butter.
- 1 ½ tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
- Season the lamb with pepper.
- Place butter and olive oil in a large frying pan; fry the chops for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
- Place lamb on serving plate and top with garlic butter.
