  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp butter.
  • ¼ tsp black pepper.


  • Season the lamb with pepper.
  • Place butter and olive oil in a large frying pan; fry the chops for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Place lamb on serving plate and top with garlic butter.
