Ingredients

  • 1 ⁄2 cup breakfast sausage
  • 1 ⁄8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the sausage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape the sausage into

  • Place one hardboiled egg in the center of each patty and gently shape the sausage around the egg.
