Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups chicken bone broth
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 lb chicken diced
  • 2 T parsley
  • 2 T grass-fed butter

Instructions
 

  • Simmer the bone broth in a large pot over low heat.
  • In a separate skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, and cook the chicken for 1o minutes or until cooked all the way through.
  • Place the chicken in the pot with the broth, and sprinkle in the parsley. After 5 minutes of simmering, mix in the butter and stir until combined.
  • Ladle the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
