Simple Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken bone broth
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 lb chicken diced
- 2 T parsley
- 2 T grass-fed butter
Instructions
- Simmer the bone broth in a large pot over low heat.
- In a separate skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, and cook the chicken for 1o minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- Place the chicken in the pot with the broth, and sprinkle in the parsley. After 5 minutes of simmering, mix in the butter and stir until combined.
- Ladle the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
