Instructions
Simmer the bone broth in a large pot over low heat.
In a separate skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, and cook the chicken for 1o minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Place the chicken in the pot with the broth, and sprinkle in the parsley. After 5 minutes of simmering, mix in the butter and stir until combined.
Ladle the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
