Keto Sausage, Spinach, and Avocado Breakfast
- 4 sausage patties
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 Tbsp. butter for sauteing spinach
- 1 small avocado sliced
- Add butter to skillet and place heat to medium-high. Add spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- While cooking spinach. Microwave 4 frozen sausage patties according to directions.
- Slice avocado and serve.
