Keto Sausage, Spinach, and Avocado Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sausage patties
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. butter for sauteing spinach
  • 1 small avocado sliced

Instructions
 

  • Add butter to skillet and place heat to medium-high. Add spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • While cooking spinach. Microwave 4 frozen sausage patties according to directions.
  • Slice avocado and serve.
