Keto Salmon Florentine
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 10 ounces spinach
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 ounces salmon fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350˚Melt the ghee in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the spinach, apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, minced garlic, salt and pepper, stirring continuously.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with remaining salt and pepper. Generously coat each fillet with the spinach mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes of until the salmon is cooked through.
