Keto Egg Roll Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 head cabbage
  • ½ medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground pork in large pan, or wok, over medium-high heat.
  • Mix the sesame, garlic and ground ginger together in a small bowl. Once the onions are brown, add the sauce mixture, finely chopped cabbage and chicken broth to the pan.
  • Continue cooking over medium heat until the broth has reduced.
  • Serve with sliced green onion and salt and pepper to taste.
