Keto Overnight Almond Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 5 drops liquid stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 ½ teaspoons cacao nibs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, stevia, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Make sure to stir very well so all the chia is in the liquid.
- Cover bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, stir the pudding. Distribute into individual cups, and top with berries and cacao nibs.
