Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 5 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cacao nibs

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, stevia, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Make sure to stir very well so all the chia is in the liquid.
  • Cover bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the pudding. Distribute into individual cups, and top with berries and cacao nibs.
