Keto Overnight Almond Chia Pudding

- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 5 drops liquid stevia
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 ½ teaspoons cacao nibs
In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, stevia, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Make sure to stir very well so all the chia is in the liquid.
Cover bowl and let sit in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, stir the pudding. Distribute into individual cups, and top with berries and cacao nibs.
