Keto Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 2½ cups walnuts
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- ½ cup soaked almonds
- ½ cup hazelnuts can use any nuts and seeds
- If desired use low glycemic sweetener like stevia, luo han, Bocha Sweet or organic erythritol
- If chocolate crust desired add 2 tablespoons cacao powder and 1/8 teaspoon luo han powder
Instructions
- Process walnuts, pecans, hemp seeds, almonds and hazelnuts in food processor.
- If chocolate pie crust desired, add cacao powder and luo han.
- Line pie plate or tart pan with parchment paper or coat with coconut oil.
- Press crust into pie pan and put in refrigerator.
